As part of our sales policy, The PSA only deals directly with current or potential end-buyers or Sellers.
We will work with seller- and buyer-side intermediaries.
Brokers or intermediaries contacting us by email or via the website for possible offers.
 
PSA will always work direct but will honor any agreed fees.
Should a buyer wish to appoint a representative to handle its affairs,
such a representative needs to be formally appointed and fully authorized
to act on behalf of this buyer or seller. A certified copy of the appointment
letter has then to be provided to The PSA OIL.
